As we approach the 2012 election, there is a great deal of activity on many important issues affecting America’s physicians, hospitals, and health systems. The outcomes on November 6 will shape health care policy efforts in 2013 and beyond. Join us for an hour-long session on Monday, November 12, with Erik Rasmussen, senior associate director, AHA Federal Relations, to hear what these outcomes mean for physicians and hospitals. Mr. Rasmussen will also share possible scenarios for the lame duck session and the implications for physician payments, the sequester, and the expiring Medicare extenders.
