Joint Commission OPPE/FPPE Needs Assessment Survey
The Physician Leadership Forum would like to provide you with a survey from the American Board of Medical Specialties regarding the Joint Commission’s Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation/Focused Professional Practice Evaluation requirements. The purpose of this survey is to identify the current needs of physician leaders and their credentialing staff relevant to implementing these Joint Commission Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation/Focused Professional Practice Evaluation requirements. Bundled payment model deadline extended
