AHA’s Physician Leadership Forum and the American Organization of Nurse Executives will host a special post Health Forum Leadership Summit session on achieving team-based health care delivery on Tuesday, July 19 from 11:30 am – 5 pm at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, CA. This complimentary session will feature keynote presenter David Nash, MD, and leaders from Marquette General Health System, AtlantiCare Health System and Brigham and Women’s Hospital discussing innovative approaches to fostering team-based care in the primary care setting, at the inpatient bedside, and in service line management.
