As part of the American Hospital Association's (AHA) ongoing mission to improve the health of patients and communities, AHA introduces the Physician Leadership Forum; a new way for physicians and hospitals to advance excellence in patient care. Through the Forum, the AHA will work closely with the medical community to identify best practices and deliver value-based care. The Forum also offers physicians an opportunity to participate in AHA's policy and advocacy development process while preparing to collaboratively lead the hospitals of the future.
As part of the Forum's efforts to provide resources and keep members apprised of the many issues affecting the delivery of care, we are pleased to present the bi-weekly Forum News and Updates. We welcome your feedback and input on this resource – please contact us at physicianforum@aha.org.
